Ritual Meeting Notes 01/13/08

- Safe ride list has been issued for the spring semester, and posted online at http://wmudeltachi.wordpress.com

- Rush begins tomorrow, Monday 14, 2008. It is everyone’s responsibility to rush, not just the assigned committee heads.

- Pinning night will be held next Friday 25, 2008

- Those living at the house need to sign their leases for the 2008-2009 academic semesters.

- Assigned Committee Heads must attend committee meetings held by Justin Scull; Tuesday’s at 9:30pm, in his apartment. (B2)

New Business:

- Joey Cekola Voted in as new Alumni Secretary.

- Half of all rush events MUST be attended (attendance will be taken.)

- Meetings have been moved back to the Bernhardt Center every Sunday night. (Formal clothes are only worn for ritual; casual attire may be worn for other meetings.)

We say good bye to Brother Tim Dudek and Brother Jake Siler. May they embark on a fantastic voyage to the holy land of Alumni membership of the Western Michigan Chapter’ Delta Chi Fraternity. Go forth and join other fellow alumni’s such as; the Prominent Mulligan, the Immensity of Might Barry Peters and the President of parole Klein. Born Proud Brothers, may your knowledge of beer pong an awkward looking push-ups be remembered.

Meeting Notes 12/09/07
- Outstanding dues, report to Joey Cekola immediately.

- Boyne Trip: Garret- so far including myself we have Scott Pavlock, Adam Kasovocosavitch, Kevin Schaller, and Jack Bugg going. Thats 5, we need 1 more person to go. Overall trip $30-40, for fuel and munchies, and etc.

- Caroling Wednesday night around to the local sororities, please talk to 1st soprano Jerry Birdsall.

- Congratulations to the kane-opener on going inactive, and also to our new AMC’s: Scott Pavlock and Matt Philliben.

Meeting Notes 12/02/07

-Greek Forum: Monday 7:00pm, Bernhardt Center Ballroom, 2nd Floor

-See Garret for XMAS PARTY desired door check time, or sober monitors.

-XMAS PARTY this Friday @ 10:00 pm, wristbands only. If wristbands are
needed for friends of Active Members, see Khalil.

-Blue Blazer will be at the house before the XMAS PARTY @ 7:00 pm for Khalil, Klein, and Dudek.

-If GPA is below 2.5 please notify spencer before break.

-Interested in Recruitment? Talk to Scull, in any way benefit rush by promoting Delta Chi as much as possible; Wear letters, bring guys over to hang out, etc.

- Guys who live in the dorm, talk to khalil about handing out a few wristbands to guys who have an intrest in RUSH.

-Garret has offered his cottage for an overnight ski trip to Boyne on December 16. The trip will be very inexpensive- if there is a handful of individuals wanting to attend. Talk to Garret; or Klein.

-Pavlock and Bugg, need help designing the back of the rush shirts, (listed under pictures in this group) suggestions wanted.
